The new Cherry Times nougat is born from the fusion between the experience, creativity and friendship of the two chefs united by the entrepreneurial spirit and collaborative concern, who share their gastronomic knowledge for a great cause, to help raise funds for the “San Juan de Dios Pediatric Cancer Center Barcelona ”. Albert Adrià and José Andrés have collaborated altruistically and completely unselfishly in this project, allocating their profits, like Torrons Vicens, to raising funds for the “San Juan de Dios Pediatric Cancer Center Barcelona”.
