Di & Vi is a unique collection designed by the psychoneuroimmunologist, Xevi Verdaguer, and the World Pastry Champion, Jordi Bordas, with the quality guarantee of Xocolata Jolonch.

Xevi and Jordi are two health and gastronomy professionals that have worked side-by-side to create each recipe of this collection, making sure that both the nutritional values, as well as the taste and texture are of the highest quality.

Di & Vi was born from the love and sensibility that this two personalities have for food and nutrition, and also from the interests and concerns that they have faced along their professional paths, regarding nutrition, well-being and emotions.

Within the Di & Vi collection you can find a variety of cocoa textures, nuances, and intensities, as well as different nutritional values depending on the selection of ingredients. All chocolate bars are made with organic cocoa and coconut sugar, various probiotics, and a high content of soluble fibers. According to the probiotics used, we distinguish two main varieties: Chocoemotion and Chocobalance.

products cultivated under strict quality and sustainability criteria.

For the 42% and the 47% “milk chocolate” varieties, we used organic coconut milk which has a
smooth and delicious coconut flavor, and also provides creaminess and subtle coconut notes.

Jordi Bordas & Xevi Verdaguer

Xevi Verdaguer is a psychoneuroimmunologist specialist. In his practice, he found the origin of health problems while studying intestinal, hormonal, endocrine, and emotional health, as well as the benefits of regular exercising.

After winning the World Pastry Championship, Jordi Bordas, started to question the recipes that he had been working with, realizing that they were not aligned with his healthy lifestyle. Those recipes also did not meet his expectations regarding the taste and flavor. From that point on, he started researching the ingredients that he had been working with, which led him to develop the B·Concept method; his unique approach to formulate recipes from scratch.
