Sacher Nougat Albert Adrià boxed 300g

This nougat was inspired in the classic Austrian Sacher Cake, one of the most famous desserts of the world. The piece is laqued with a liquid nitrogen stamp, same that the original sweet that is served in the bakeries of Viena, like a Sacher Hotel. This valued ingot is preparate with dark chocolate truffle with “apricot pâte de fruits” and crunchy sponge cake.
