EGG FLAN WITH ALMOND MILK
Dare to prepare delicious flans with Almendrina almond milk.

They will surprise you with their simplicity of preparation and their smooth taste.



EGG FLAN WITH ALMOND MILK

Ingredients

-5 eggs

-3 or 4 tablespoons of sugar

-500ml Almendrina almond drink

-8 tablespoons of sugar or liquid caramel

Preparation

ü Spread the caramel well in the chosen flan dish or mould, going up the edges to try to cover the sides as far as the flan will go.

ü Place all the ingredients in the mixer and beat well until frothy. Wait until the caramel is cold before pouring in the flan mixture.

ü Preheat the oven to 180ºC and prepare a tray or bowl where the flan can fit, so that it can be baked in a bain-marie.

ü Place the flan dish and pour in water up to a little less than half of the flan dish. Be careful if the water boils and gets into the flan, the flan will be ruined.

ü Bake for 40 minutes at 180ºC, prick with a skewer to check that it has set well and leave to cool in the oven.

ü Cover with cling film and store in the fridge.

ü Before serving, place the flan in a bowl with a little hot water to make it easier to remove from the mould.
