  • 100gr artisan dark chocolate 90% from Xocolata Jolonch
  • 100gr sugar
  • 200ml milk
  • 1 Tbsp d’essència vanilla
  • Ametlla granet crocant to decorate (optional)

PREPARATION

We crush the hazelnuts until we get an oily paste.
