Nougat mousse

Would you like to prepare a light and irresistible mousse with the full flavor of soft almond nougat?

Ingredients:

150 g of soft almond nougat300 ml 
Heavy cream (35% fat content)150g 
Soft almond nougatSmall pieces 
Soft almond nougat for decoration

Preparation:

Heat the cream and add the crumbled nougat. Mix until it dissolves, then pour it into a bowl (depending on the nougat, it may still have some pieces of almond).

Pour it into a bowl, let it cool down a bit, and cover it with plastic wrap. 

Refrigerate for 4 hours or until cold.

After this time, whisk the mixture until you achieve a mousse consistency.

Fill the containers you will use to serve and decorate as you like. You can add some pieces of nougat, chocolate sprinkles, crumbled cookies, or sugar decorations.
