It is a very special jam that contains caramelized bitter orange peel strips. Ideal to combine with walnut salad, parmesan cheese and natural orange, to make a vinaigrette, or simply with toast with fresh cheese and a slice of smoked salmon.

Once opened, keep in the refrigerator.
