This nougat is inspirated by the original recipe of the Prats – Fatjó Pastry Shop in Barcelona, where Mestre Torronaire Àngel Velasco began working at 14 years old. Following the advice of their master, they ade this creamy almond nougat, tha just by biting it, we can notice the crunchy almond inside.
