How to prepare hot chocolate
Heat the milk or water, according to preference, and when it starts to boil add the grated chocolate, stirring slowly until it thickens (between 5-10min), being careful not to let it stick, especially at the bottom of the saucepan.
300gr of grated chocolate per litre of milk or water, (approximately 6 servings per liter)
