Our Company is barely 300 years producing artisanal nougat with original récipes of the Agramunt’s nougat master makers. Nowadays, on the XXL century, we continue with the tradition at the same time we innovate and produce the XXI Century’s Nougat.
Our Company keeps alive the essence of the Agramunt’s Nougat tradition. Family Vicens was one of the pioneers and begun the Agramunt’s nougat production on 1775, a nougat which after the times has become the local typical sweet holding the Geographic Protected Indication Seal. The fundamental value is the original recipe legacy generation after generation.
To innovate on an artisanal and traditional product as Nougat is not an easy job but at the same time becomes a huge challenge for Torrons Vicens. Research new recipes, produce new products, strengthen and keep the artisanal nougat with first quality products like hazelnut, almond or honey has been the key of success for Torrons Vicens.
